Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached, and placed securely in the original compostable packaging.

Ship the Parcel

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
